Downtown Music is owned and operated by Downtown Music Holdings.Downtown Music Publishing is looking for a Global Client Services Coordinator, to join the team and support our growing base of music publishing clients This hybrid position can based in our New York, Los Angeles, or Nashville locations.
What you'll do:
Serve as an internal advocate for Downtown clientsInteract across departments at Downtown Music PublishingCreate data-based reports highlighting royalty, copyright, and sync information to be sharedboth internally and externallyMaintain department data resources such as Airtable, Google Drive and SalesforceAssist with onboarding and maintenance procedures for new and existing clientsHandle client correspondence in a professional and timely mannerStay informed on industry happenings to better understand how changes can affect our businessYou are / have:General knowledge or coursework in music business (publishing knowledge is a plus)
Professional work experience in the music industryAbility to prioritize tasks and work efficiently to meet deadlinesVery strong written and interpersonal communication skillsAttention to detail, self motivator with an inquisitive mindsetMust possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make judgment callsProficiency using Microsoft Suite / Google Suite / computerExperience with computer programs such as Salesforce, Airtable, Music Maestro, preferredWhy you want to work here:

The hiring range for this position is $40,000 - $45,000 annually.As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon various factors including, but not limited to, work experience, geographic location and relevant skills.
