    Our community facility has 68 beds and offers many specialties, including orthopedics, cardiology, general surgery, and emergency medicine. We also have a skilled nursing facility, imaging and laboratory services, and other subspecialty care options.

    Roxboro is a serene town to the north of Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, and south of South Boston, Virginia. The town is known for its picturesque rural landscapes, pleasant weather, and friendly small-town atmosphere.

    Minimum Qualification


    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • ARRT registered in Radiography and Computed Tomography
    • American Heart Association (BLS)
    Requirements


    • Review patient history and physician's orders.
    • Educates patient regarding procedures, equipment, and exams to ensure patient's understanding and cooperation.
    • When ordered, prepares, and administers contrast media and/or medications within the scope of practice.
    • Monitors patient condition continually and reports/responds to changes in status as appropriate.
    • Prepares equipment and supplies.
    • Troubleshoots, resolves, and/or reports equipment malfunctions as necessary.
    • Experience with operating computed tomography (CT)
    • Requires critical thinking skills.
    • Decisive judgment
    • The ability to work with minimal supervision.
    • Must be able to work in a stressful environment.
