In our work, we combine planning expertise and construction competence with innovative methodologies and sustainable concepts.

Responsibilities:

As a Construction Manager, you represent the interests of the client throughout the entire implementation of the construction project and take on the construction management for one or more projects.
Creating individual performance specifications is just as much a part of your responsibilities as conducting contract negotiations this allows you to prepare optimally for the upcoming construction task.
You coordinate and supervise the onsite trades and technical participants and therefore regularly hold construction meetings.
In addition, you plan, control, and monitor deadlines, costs, and quality of your construction project consistently.

Qualifications:

You have a degree in architecture or civil engineering and have at least 2 years of professional experience in construction management.
You count structured and goaloriented work among your strengths.
You have already gained experience in scheduling and construction planning.
You have fun and interest in using new methodologies such as Lean Construction.
Basic knowledge of VOB and a confident handling of MS Office round off your profile.
