Overview:

NSC Global is a globally operating IT consulting company that supports large corporations with network and support solutions, helping them to become more agile, cost-efficient, and effective. We are not a recruitment agency, but rather the IT company where you would be directly employed.

We are currently looking for a colleague (m/f/d) in 2nd level support to provide on-site IT support at a client location.

Responsibilities:

  • Quick and efficient support for users in the area of desktop PCs, products, and services, mostly during regular business hours with on-call availability
  • IT problem diagnosis and treatment
  • Escalation of IT tickets that cannot be solved directly
  • Independent monitoring of service status, e.g. time to resolve a ticket
  • Timely installation and uninstallation of hardware and software using available installation tools
  • Interface between users, service desk, and external suppliers
  • Conducting hardware and software tests using available test and diagnostic tools, followed by correction or forwarding, as well as documentation
  • Documentation of current hardware and software for updating configuration management

  • At least 2 years of experience in professional IT support desirable, or demonstr
