Where you can lend a hand in Muskegon

  • As a system administrator, you will be responsible for installing workstation and server systems and enjoy designing, implementing, and administering new solutions.
  • Through proper configuration of new (mostly Mac) hardware, you ensure that our team can actually work.
  • You also take care of existing databases and their backup and recovery functions.
  • You independently tackle any problems and errors that arise, and if necessary, solve them with the support of our developers and technicians.
  • When interacting with our clients, there are no stupid questions for you. You can explain technical concepts to even the most persistent layperson and always remain respectful.
  • To excel in this position with us, you do not necessarily have to live in Muskegon, as we are looking for dedicated support nationwide. Our colleagues usually work from home, one of our offices, or on-site with clients, which requires a certain willingness to travel on your part.
  • Part-time employment is also possible, but it would be ideal if you could dedicate at least 30 hours of your time to us each week.

What you should bring

  • You are a trained IT specialist or have relevant work experience and are familiar with Mac OS or Windows
