    About Your Business Area/Department:


    The Airline Solutions Data Science team designs, develops, and delivers data science, AI/ML, and algorithmic reasoning features at the core of Airline solutions products.

    Our solutions help airlines decide where and when to fly, how to allocate capacity, and how to price itineraries with the goal of maximizing network profitability.


    Summary of the role:


    You'll work closely with our team of data scientists, data engineers, and domain experts to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions in the network planning, scheduling, and revenue management domains (including forecast, machine learning, AI, choice-modeling, optimization solutions, anomaly detection and more).


    In this role you'll:


    Gather, analyze, and interpret complex data sets from multiple sources, including airline management systems, market data, and customer behavior data.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data engineers, and stakeholders, to define business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
    Develop and maintain effective data models, algorithms, dashboards, and reports that provide actionable insights and support business strategies.
    Develop high-quality analytics applications, visualizations, statistics, and machine learning solutions that deliver value to our customers.

    Communicate findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner to a non-technical audience, including airline executives, managers, and analysts.

    Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence, forecasting, optimization, data visualization, revenue management, and airline network planning/scheduling to drive innovation and enhance the company's competitive

    About the ideal candidate:
    Education requirement, must or preferred

    Required:
    Undergraduate Degree.

    Preferred:
    Undergraduate degree with quantitative focus, such as engineering, economics, mathematics, statistics, or similar.
    Masters Degree or equivalent technical experience nice to have
    Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to manipulate and interpret complex data sets.
    Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to a non-technical audience effectively.
    Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering accurate and actionable insights.
    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
    2 years working with SQL and Python
    Passion for the travel industry and a solid understanding of airline revenue management principles and practices.
    Experience with orchestration tools, version control, and cloud design patterns.
    Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
    Commercial airline experience, especially airline revenue management, scheduling, or network planning
    Strong knowledge of statistical analysis techniques
    2-4 years of experience in an analytical role.
