    **Job Title:** Leasing Agent

    **Location: Highlands Ranch, CO
    **Company: Career Strategies Inc.
    **Pay Rate:** $19/Hr-21/Hr (Depending on experience)

    **About Us:**

    Career Strategies Inc. is seeking an outgoing and motivated Property Manager to join our team in Centennial, Colorado. If you have a passion for helping others find their perfect home and excel in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you

    **Key Responsibilities:**

    Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents.
    - Conduct property tours and showcase available units.
    - Process lease applications and renewals efficiently.
    - Ensure the property is maintained to the highest standards.
    - Manage resident issues and coordinate with maintenance staff as needed.

    **Requirements:**

    Previous experience as a Leasing Agent is required.
    - Bilingual abilities are a plus.
    - Strong sales and customer service background.
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    - Professional appearance and demeanor.
    - Must be available to work weekends.

    **Compensation and Benefits:**

    Salary Range: $19/Hr-21/Hr (Depending on experience).
    - Weekly pay provided.

    **Benefits for Temporary Population:**

    Accrued paid sick leave in accordance with Colorado's Healthy Families and Workplaces Act (HFWA).
    - Medical health insurance available upon meeting eligibility requirements established under the Affordable Care Act.
    - Transportation subsidy of up to $5.00 per day for public transit or ride-share use.
