To strengthen our assistant team at our growing location in Braunschweig, we are looking for a:Freight Forwarder (m/f/d) in full-time
Your tasks include:
- Processing of export orders including customs declaration and documentation
- Planning, controlling, and monitoring of operational procurement processes
- Obtaining shipping quotes
- Order release after checking given parameters (UID, limit, payment terms, etc.)
- Maintenance of master data and customer accounts
- Verification of various claims and delivery proofs
- If necessary, preparation and processing of evaluations
- Diverse organizational assistant tasks
- Correspondence and archiving
- Additional tasks and personal development opportunities possible upon agreement
