Attention to detail and Accuracy:


Medical Data Entry:


HEAVY Data entry, attention to detail and accuracy imperative. A skills test is part of the consideration and must be completed to be considered for this opportunity.

Essential Responsibilities, as assigned:

Creates and builds patient accounts, places the initial evaluation appointments on the schedule, attaches appropriate documents and updates the referral log

Updates patient accounts with physician information as directed

Meets productivity requirements established for each function within the department

Understands that our customers are both internal and external to the organization and that all staff is expected to uphold the Service Culture Theme and Standards

Performs other duties or special projects as assigned.


Required Skills & Abilities:


  • Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize to meet deadlines
  • Medical terminology
  • Ability to use all necessary office equipment, faxes, copiers, etc.
  • Ability to interact well with other staff members, customers, field associates, and businesses.
  • Ability to type 60 words per minute preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Problem solving skills

Pay:
$ $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
