Why this Role is Important:

The Project Coordinator will provide crucial support to Solutions Development leadership in their execution of the responsibilities above.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the management of multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fastpaced environment, focusing on mechanical solutions development, based on the priorities set by Solutions Development leadership.
  • Tracking status of new solutions pilot projects from initial Research & Development (R&D) to Rollout Preparation.
  • Tracking pilot performance parameters, which may vary based on pilot but will always include energy savings and Return on Investment (ROI) assessments.
  • Tracking Bill of Materials (BOM) shipping information and ensuring all materials are delivered on time for project start date.
  • Coordinate project schedules and work to troubleshoot any delays.
  • Monitor overall project progress in conjunction with Solutions Development leadership and provide regular reports and updates.
  • Effectively communicate timeline changes and critical information to contractors, project managers, customers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Document, report, and facilitate problem resolution in conjunction with Solutions Development leadership.
  • Manage work order creation, review, and closeout.
  • Manage material logistics in conjunction with Solutions Development and Fulfillment leadership.
  • Meet with Solutions Development and Engineering leadership groups regularly to ensure project advancement and key milestones are being reached.
  • Assist Solutions Development leadership in a variety of additional responsibilities as specific projects may require.

Required Skills and Experience:


  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in construction management or comparable field is required.
  • 24 years of experience in a Project Coordinator or comparable role.
  • Strong knowledge of energy efficiency technologies, including HVAC systems and refrigeration, is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and customers.
Compensation is based on factors including level of experience, skillset, qualifications, and location.
