Description

As a Construction Laborer, you will assist with various tasks on construction sites to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high standards.

This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Perform general construction duties such as digging trenches, mixing concrete, and operating power tools
• Assist with the installation of structures, including scaffolding, framework, and roofing materials
• Load and unload construction materials from trucks
• Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and hazardous materials
• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear at all times
• Collaborate with the construction team to complete projects on time and within budget
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

• Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required
• Familiarity with construction tools and equipment is a plus
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints is an asset
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
