Who you are

You have completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or a comparable education
Customer service is not foreign to you and you already have experience in field service
You have knowledge in the areas of Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, and virtualization
Customer orientation is important to you and brings you joy

What you'll do

IT infrastructure support: You are responsible for the entire IT infrastructure of the customers you support, ensure smooth operation, conduct error analyses, fix them, and perform maintenance and installation of hardware and software components
