- 9 months RN experience.
- Valid compact state or Arizona RN license.
- American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support for the healthcare provider.
- Demonstrates competency in basic EKG skills by passing EKG test or successfully completing basic EKG class/modules within six months of position.

Overview
As our Acuity Adaptable ICU Nurse at Dignity Health Yavapai Regional Medical Center, you will help patients with varying acuity levels by providing exceptional care, monitoring their condition, administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and ensuring that patients receive the necessary care and support to achieve optimal outcomes.
Every day you will work in various units, such as ICU, PCU, and Med-Surg, providing exceptional care to patients with varying acuity levels.
You will be expected to monitor and manage patients, perform diagnostic tests, interpret results, collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, maintain accurate medical records, and provide education and support to patients and their families.
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills are necessary for this roleDignity Health now offers an Education Benefit program for benefit-eligible employees after 180 days. This program provides debt relief and student loan assistance to help you achieve your goals. Full-time employees can receive up to $18,000 over five years, while part-time employees can receive up to $9,000.
Advanced Practice Providers and Faculty Physicians can receive up to $90,000 if full-time and hired within a year of completing their residency or fellowship.
