We are looking for you as soon as possible for our headquarters in Hannover as an IT Application Manager (m/f/d).

As a communicative and solution-oriented person, you understand how to drive forward the software solutions of KKH.

To strengthen our Microsoft Applications team, we are looking for an experienced and motivated IT Application Manager (m/f/d) with in-depth knowledge in client management and administration.

Your diverse tasks:

  • You are responsible for the acceptance and evaluation of requirements involving internal departments.
  • You strive for constant optimization of applications and always keep them in mind within the framework of lifecycle management.
  • You support in the execution of operational processes, in the technical operation (incident, problem, and change management), and also manage IT service providers.
  • You evaluate and contribute to the selection of software solutions and ensure the availability and service quality of applications.
  • You coordinate the introduction and analysis of software solutions internally.

Your personality:

  • Completed vocational training in the IT field, completed studies in business informatics, computer science, or a comparable qualification.
  • Professional experience in application management, project support, and a strong affinity for IT applications.
