Responsibilities:
- Learn and assist in promoting brand image and customer retention.
- Assist in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies and campaign development.
- Follow up with new customers acquired by the promotions team.
- Assist in market analysis on products and services.
- Stay up to date with new products and market trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service
- A flexible schedule is required including weekends and evenings on occasion
- Experience in dealing with customers in a professional manner
- Great customer service requires great people skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Teamoriented and creative
- Problem solver and adaptable
