Full Job Description
We are a growing financial services company looking to expand our inside sales team. We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated individuals with financial phone sales experience.
We provide consumers with an array of debt resolution products; each consumer situation is unique, and our experienced agents will help find the right solution for them.
Must possess the ability to analyze a client's financial situation and describe in detail how our programs may benefit themWe are looking for hungry, experience Closers to add to our Team,
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Take Inbound and Outbound Calls
- Top Closers with Mailer Experience
- Fastpaced, high call sales volume environment.
- Coachable
- Receive and work fresh leads daily through Transfers and inbound calls
- Consult with clients on debt relief and Loan options to help pay off their consumer debt
- Explain program options, upload documents for underwriter approval.
- Enroll qualified clients
- No Cold calling
Education/Experience:
College Degree or High School Diploma
Pay:
$16 per hour + Commission + Sign on bonus
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Debt Relief: min of 1 year (preferred)
Pay:
$60, $125,000.00 per year
