Job Description:

The Digital Producer is the production lead on specified digital projects, acting as liaison for the integration of front-end and back-end technologies for specific Clients.

They must manage the execution and the vision of the creative digital idea and dedicate to finding the best path to execute the work.

They provide solutions to technical problems, providing alternative suggestions, sharing new and evolving options for deliverables, finding suitable production partners and being able to understand the possibilities and limitations of the medium.

They must have the ability to take a project from inception to completion, overseeing production work, budgets and schedules, tracking project status, and developing and executing quality assurance standards.

Throughout the project, the Digital Producer must guide Agency and Client expectations, specifically in development, budgeting, and execution.

They must have excellent written and oral communication skills in English and ideally (but not excluding) working knowledge of Spanish in order to facilitate Spanish language copy management.

They must have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and experience working with technical, design and editorial teams. Basic knowledge of html5 programming and experience with design programs such as Photoshop, XD, and Illustrator are helpful.

Responsibilities

Serve as daytoday technical producer for digital multiple concurrent digital projects that vary in size and scope. Responsible for maintaining each project's production schedule and launch date internally and with outside vendors.
Establish working relationships with Accounts, Creative, and Project Management, acting as the bridge to provide technical solutions for creative ideas.
Manage and coordinate with outside vendors on development of digital initiatives, ensuring accurate delivery of the end product, on time and within budget.
Digital point of contact with Advertising Client on specific projects.
Assist in creating sound evaluation of projects and technologies as well as management and production of online media campaigns.
Research of new vendors and technologies of the latest digital trends. Findings are compiled and presented to Digital/Creative/Account teams.
Write/prepare Requests for Proposals for all desktop/mobile experiential sites and ad unit projects. Prepare materials for RFP and Cost Control analysis.
Manage EVP/cost control process.
Execution and completion of other duties as assigned.

Experience

35 years experience as a Digital Producer or related role.
Knowledge of digital advertising model.
Knowledge of latest trends in digital media.
Knowledge of Word, Smartsheets, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
Knowledge of DoubleClick ( DCM and Studio ), and JIVOX serving platforms.
Knowledge of HTML5 display ad development ( standard and rich media )
Knowledge of HTML5 general web development
Knowledge of Dynamic banners production process

Qualifications

Fluent in English (Spanish a plus).
Strong communications skills: Presentation, Written, and Listening.
Extremely well organized and works efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
Ability to handle pressure and challenging situations.

Additional Information We require this role to be near our El Segundo, CA office and working from the office every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday considering Monday and Friday work from home.
