    Overview:

    As a Full-Time Onboarding Coordinator for our office in Long Beach. You will be responsible for promoting and achieving growth within the office service territory. This will include performing caregiver orientations, onboarding and hands-on skills training and ensuring the service area hiring needs are being met.

    This position requires someone who is creative and dynamic with a Yes we can attitude.

    This is not a remote position

    Responsibilities:
    • Scheduling and conducting in-person caregiver orientations and training
    • Verifying and completing legal documentation for new hires
    • Provide excellent communication to caregivers, referral sources and the community
    • Utilization calls and follow ups
    • Provide ongoing training resources to caregivers
    • Friendly and dynamic face to face, phone and virtual interactions
    Qualifications:
    • Microsoft Office Knowledge
    • Bilingual English/Spanish
    • Dependable, punctual and proactive
    • Works well with others (teamwork)
    • Ability to multitask and stay organized
    • Previous experience or knowledge of caregiving a plus but not required

    Requirements

    • Valid driver license and vehicle in working condition with current liability insurance
    • Ability to bend and squat to lift at least 50 pounds
    • Ability to safely assist another person with ambulation, transfers and activities of daily living
    • Eligible for employment in the United States
    • Ability to pass a background and reference check

    Posted Min Pay Rate:
    USD $19.00/Hr.

    Posted Max Pay Rate:
    USD $21.00/Hr.
