We are currently seeking a Service Technician Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with your direct supervisor and other technicians to support various projects.

From loading and unloading equipment to maintaining project sites, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our services.

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload tools, equipment, and supplies at work vehicles and job sites.
• Keep project sites organized and clean.
• Run tools, materials, and equipment as needed.
• Pick up orders from local suppliers.
• Execute tasks delegated by the direct supervisor efficiently and timely.
• Maintain supply inventory.
• Assist with holding/stabilizing materials during installations.
• Learn various tools and equipment used in the field.
• Show interest in learning the tile trade.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic and motivation.
• Friendly and positive attitude.
• Respectful of surroundings, especially in customer's homes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in working in the skilled trades.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Reliable transportation to and from the office.
• U.S. citizenship or valid work permit.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Own a cell phone.
• Ability to stand, kneel, bend for extended periods.
• Capable of walking up and down stairs.
• Able to lift up to 85 pounds.
• Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment.

Salary and Benefits:

• Starting pay: $20 per hour.
• Uniform shirts provided.
• Approved overtime at time and a half.
