• Regulatory Compliance: Maintain thorough knowledge of OSHA and EM385 requirements and ensure all practices onsite adhere to these standards.
• Safety Meetings and Training:
• Lead safety reviews during subcontractor kickoff meetings.
• Conduct daily safety tailgates and toolbox talks to reinforce safety norms.
• Organize monthly safety standdown gatherings to enhance the safety culture among team members.
• Safety Reporting and Documentation:
• Prepare and submit daily safety reports to the RMS Clerk/PE.
• Present monthly safety awards to subcontractors and individuals who demonstrate exceptional safety practices.
• Report any safety issues directly to the client to ensure immediate resolution.
• Jobsite Management: Procure and install appropriate jobsite signage, Ensure that personal protective equipment (PPE) is worn at all times on the site, Conduct safety indoctrination for all employees, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Safety Planning and Coordination: Create and regularly update Activity Hazard Analyses (AHAs) for all work features in coordination with the Quality Control Manager. Manage the collection, printing, and maintenance of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) both digitally and in physical copies. Coordinate hot work and necessary shutdowns as required.
• Continuous Monitoring and Cleanup: Constantly monitor the jobsite to ensure compliance with safety standards and EM385. Oversee jobsite cleanliness and manage cleanup efforts when necessary.

• Minimum of three years of experience in construction safety management.
• Strong familiarity with OSHA regulations and EM38
• Proven ability to conduct effective training and safety meetings.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in handling safety documentation and reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
