As a Human Resources Specialist, you will be responsible for all personnel matters in your assigned area, from hiring to termination.

What you can expect from this opportunity:

¦ Collaborate closely with managers on all personnel and labor law-related issues
¦ Provide comprehensive support and guidance to employees on all personnel-related matters
¦ Independently plan and execute hiring processes, from job postings to contract negotiations
¦ Actively participate in the development and optimization of personnel processes and support structures
¦ Manage projects in the HR department
¦ Work closely with employee representatives

We are looking for someone who:

¦ Has a degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent qualifications
¦ Has several years of experience as a Human Resources
