Our company is a therapy provider delivering personalized In Home ABA therapy for individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Role Description
BASE PAY with incentive opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and mentor a team of medical billing specialists, providing guidance and support as needed
Follow through with phone calls to resolve denials and upaid claims
Oversee the billing process from claim submission to payment posting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every step
Review and analyze billing data to identify trends, address discrepancies, and implement improvements
Collaborate with other stakeholders to resolve billing issues
Stay current on industry regulations and changes in billing practices, ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines and standards
Conduct regular audits to maintain the integrity of billing records and minimize errors

Qualifications

You MUST have one of the following certifications
:CPC, CCA, OR CBCS.
Indepth knowledge of medical billing and coding principles, practices, and regulations.
Experience with billing software, insurance, and Medicare is required.
Billing experience within mental health fields and
ABA services is preferred.
Ability to analyze and resolve denials and billing issues.
Excellent knowledge of medical billing regulations and policies.
Effective communication and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
Detailoriented and organized, with a commitment to accuracy and compliance
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fastpaced environment.
