    Who We Are Looking For:
    • Minimum 2 years of customer service and sales experience.
    • Desire to obtain or already have a property and casualty license.
    • Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Previous insurance experience is a plus.
    Responsibilities:
    • Promote yourself to drive immediate outcomes.
    • Develop warm leads provided to boost your earnings.
    • Manage and update client accounts.
    • Build relationships with small business owners like Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, and Auto Dealers.
    • Acquire new business through various channels such as networking and leads.
    • Meet business production goals and objectives.
    • Upsell additional products to ensure client satisfaction.
    • Deliver exceptional customer service consistently.
