Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Salesforce/NetSuite Administrator to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce systems while also learning and supporting Netsuite administration.

Responsibilities:
Salesforce Administration:Ensure optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products.
Upgrade and configure Salesforce systems for optimized integration.
Manage Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
Netsuite Learning and Support:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand Netsuite requirements.
Learn and become proficient in Netsuite administration.
Provide technical support for Netsuite users.
Salesforce Reporting and Analytics:
Generate and customize Salesforce reports to meet business needs.
Assist the sales analyst in creating insightful reports for sales performance analysis.
Utilize Salesforce dashboards to visualize key metrics and trends.
Salesforce Programming:
Utilize Salesforce programming skills, including Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, and Lightning Experience implementation

Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience including end user support for the applicationProficiency in managing a mix of Salesforce Classic and Lightning Experience interfacesExperience using Salesforce Service Cloud and supporting Technical Support implementationAbility to implement customization and assist with report, forecast and dashboard implementation
Salesforce Programming:
2 years experience with Salesforce programming is requiredFlow and manage workflow processesLightning Experience implementationStrong analysis and troubleshooting skills
Integration Skills:
Experience with one or more Salesforce integration tools is desiredBoomi EDIMarketoZoominfoLinkedIn integrationAdaptability:Willingness to learn and administer Netsuite alongside SalesforceExperience with Dynamics Great Plains a plusCertification/Education:Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification preferred.

The estimated salary range for this position: $110,000 - $160,000.
Actual salary range is based on the regional labor market of the role in the geography in which the position is located based on the requirements of the job and your skills.
This posted salary range is a good faith and reasonable estimate, and Panasas reserves the right to adjust this range depending on the qualifications of the selected candidate.
