Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary operations with energy, precision, and a passion for excellence.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations ensuring high standards of food quality safety and cleanliness are maintained at all times.
  • Manage food preparation processes including cooking plating and presentation to meet brand standards and customer expectations.
  • Supervise train kitchen staff on food handling safety protocols efficient work practices inventory control stock management ordering supplies as needed minimizing waste maximizing profitability utilizing POS systems such as Aloha POS Micros POS leading shift management coordinating schedules delegating tasks ensuring smooth service flow during peak hours implementing food safety standards conducting interviews training sessions performance evaluations monitoring budget adherence analyzing sales data identifying opportunities for operational improvements collaborating departments catering bar services cohesive guest experiences.
