OVERVIEW

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for the overall daytoday operations of the facility.
  • Responsible for the oversight of designated busses and employees on a daily basis.
  • Implement Employee Recruitment Programs to ensure coverage of daily home to school routes and sufficient substitute personnel.
  • Management of all parttime employees to include all disciplinary matters and overseeing yearly driver road test evaluations.
  • Maintain the employee credential files to ensure current certifications. Verify accuracy of monthly credential reports.
  • Oversee payroll and month end requirements to ensure timely submission for your respective location.
  • Ensuring that each of your School Districts' student transportation designees are being supplied with all required information and assist in providing a safe, reliable, ontime service through creating efficient and costeffective solutions to routing issues.
  • Attend all required School Board meetings when requested by the customer.
  • Keeps an opendoor policy and is there to assist and aide team members at all times.
  • Responsible for carrying out all All-Star Transportation policies and State & Federal applicable regulations.
  • Ensuring all employees are equipped with all necessary jobrelated training.
  • Plan monthly employee safety meetings with safety and training designee for your area.
  • May, on occasion, be required to drive a bus or monitor.
All other duties as designated by General Manager or All-Star Transportation Senior Management.

  • Ability to thrive in a constantly changing chaotic environment and consistently meet tight timelines.
  • Ability to drive/monitor bus routes.
  • Must be proficient with computer and appropriate software.
  • Knowledge of Federal and State regulations.
  • Conduct oneself professionally and in a manner to reflect positively on All-Star Transportation.
  • Knowledge of Federal and State DOT regulations.
  • Ability to evaluate and discipline drivers and enforce All-Star Transportation policy and procedure.
  • Must be highly motivated and demonstrate capable leadership skills.
  • Bi-Lingual Preferred.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Working conditions are normally in an operations environment.

Incumbent must be available to work in excess of 40 hours per week and be available in the evenings and on weekends as necessary to meet business needs.

This position may require travel to other All-Star Transportation facilities as directed by All-Star management.


Pay:
$75, $80,000.00 per year
