LDB helps car dealerships modernize their traditional processes to elevate their customer communication to a new level. With LDB Group's digital solutions, car dealerships can manage their entire customer communication through practical, holistic, and structured tools.

Located in the heart of the city, yet surrounded by greenery, is the headquarters of LDB Group. Berlin is our digital hotspot, where we manage all marketing activities and many central departments. Our product development and management, production, and logistics center are all based here. Our employees work at state-of-the-art telecommunications workstations to cater to our customers' needs across all channels. This is also where our campaign management is based.


To support our colleagues at the Customer Communication Center in Berlin, we are looking for motivated customer service representatives (m/f/d).

Location:
Central and modern, directly at Theodor-Heuss-Platz. Easily accessible by bus and train (Ring, U2)


Flexibility:
Individual working time models (full-time, part-time, mini-job) and a flextime account


Predictable working hours:
Monday - Friday between 07:00 am - 07:00 pm
