Position Responsibilities

  • Own an assigned portfolio of pastdue accounts.
  • Maintain low portfolio aging by conferring with customers to determine reasons for overdue payments.
  • Meet and maintain department goals while multitasking in a fastpaced environment.
  • Collaborate with a team of enthusiastic call center professionals to minimize aging / bad debt.

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
    required. Bachelor's degree
    preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Prior call center experience / bookkeeping
    a plus.
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish)
    a plus.
