Description

A position as a social worker (m/f/d) in pay group S 12 TV-L S with 29.25 weekly hours is available immediately at the Social Center Mitte/Östliche Vorstadt/Findorff - Local Guardianship Authority.

The position is permanent.

The Guardianship Authority carries out official tasks related to legal guardianship for adults based on the Civil Code and the Guardianship Organization Act (BtOG).

Your responsibilities include:
Supporting the guardianship court with social reports, opinions, and suggestions for guardians

Facilitating appropriate primary support and providing extended assistance to prevent and limit legal guardianships
Advising and supporting volunteer guardians, professional guardians, as well as agents and family members
Conducting placements and presentations
Educating and informing individuals about legal guardianship.
