Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Collects all preemployment requirements of newly hire employees.
- Administers skills testing, as necessary.
- Prepares new employee files; ensures that all necessary paperwork is completed as part of the new hire process.
- Processes all necessary employee hires, transfers, changes in salary, department, position, personal information and LOA status.
- Responds promptly to various information requests.
- Oversees access to employee personnel records; ensures appropriate retrieval and filing procedures.

$50,000 to $55,000 per year
Qualifications:
Education:
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
Qualifications:
- 1 year of Human Resources experience
