    Description

    Work with RF Antenna Technology at Raytheon

    Raytheon is looking for a Senior Engineer to join their team in Tucson, AZ! If you're a talented professional who enjoys shaping antenna and radome technology, this might be the perfect job for you.

    • Develop antenna and radome hardware and requirements
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary engineering teams
    • Partner with antenna manufacturing suppliers
    • Analyze simulation and test data to verify performance

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
    • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience or Advanced Degree with 3 years of experience
    • Experience with antenna design, simulation, and measurement
    • Must be able to obtain a U.S. government security clearance

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Master's or PhD in electrical engineering
    • Strong presentation skills for technical data
    • Experience with antenna designs and management processes
    • Knowledge of high-level scientific programming languages
    • Proficiency in modeling & simulation tools
