Minimum of 25 weeks of military technical training school, along with an additional 6 years of related experience is required.

OR,


2 years of directly related non-military technical trade school or the equivalent experience, along with an additional 6 years of related experience is required.

Industry certifications are highly preferred. Field service or technical activity is preferred. OR,


Bachelor's degree in a technical field or the equivalent experience, along with an additional 2 years of related experience is required.

What you bring to the table:

  • Minimum of 25 weeks of military technical training school, along with an additional 6 years of related experience is required. OR, 2 years of directly related non-military technical trade school or the equivalent experience, along with an additional 6 years of related experience is required. Industry certifications are highly preferred; field service or technical activity is preferred. OR, Bachelor's degree in a technical field or the equivalent experience, along with an additional 2 years of related experience is required. Industry certifications are highly preferred.   • Ability to install, maintain, integrate, troubleshoot, test, and service fielded systems and equipment at customer sites
  • Abiility to diagnose and repair, mechanical, hardware, software, and system failures using established procedures and submit reports on system reliability metrics to technical and regional support centers
  • Work closely with design engineering in evaluating product performance and in conducting field trials, startup, cutover, and checkout activities on newly installed systems
  • Conduct technical seminars and training for customers, conduct informal on the job training for other field service staff members and customers, and deliver overthe shoulder/refresher training to users in the field as required

Combined Salary Range:
USD $ USD $44.66 /Hr
