What You Can Expect from Us
Caring for the pet department, including maintenance, care, and sales
Providing knowledgeable and friendly customer service
Ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty
Accurate handling of cash transactions and cash register closing
Participating in store design and maintaining cleanliness and organization
Stock management, inventory, and receiving and checking merchandise
What We're Looking For
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or have equivalent experience in retail
You have extensive knowledge in the field of aquatics and reptiles
The certificate of competence according to § 11 Animal Welfare Act in the field of aquatics is desirable, but can be obtained through further training
You enjoy providing advice and impressing customers with your open and friendly demeanor
You are willing to help
