Your tasks:

  • You support our HR manager in their daily work
  • You independently post job advertisements on all job portals
  • You make the preselection of suitable applicants and conduct short, telephone preinterviews
  • You are not afraid of key figures and KPIs and assist with various reporting tasks
  • You handle general administrative tasks, such as compiling employment contracts

Your qualifications:

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and ideally have gained professional experience in human resources
  • Good knowledge of Excel, Teams, and Word
  • Reliable, independent work style and no hesitation to ask questions
