- Oversee and manage real estate development projects from inception to completion
- Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules
- Conduct feasibility studies and financial analysis for potential projects
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and regulatory compliance
- Communicate regularly with clients and provide updates on project status
