For the Motive division at the Brilon location, we are currently looking for a


Project Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks:


  • Project management for special projects
  • Creation and maintenance of master data as well as bills of materials and work plans
  • Continuous design improvements and onsite adjustments
  • Process optimization in steel construction and coating
  • Selection of raw materials and auxiliary substances
  • Make or buy decisions as well as creation of production orders
  • Evaluate and implement customer projects

What you bring:


  • Degree or technician training in mechanical engineering or steel construction
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in steel construction and design
  • Experience in dealing with customers
  • Proficient in 3D CAD (Solid Edge) and MS Office
  • Organizational skills, moderation skills and solutionoriented approach
  • Experience in project management
  • Structured and independent way of working
  • Team player mentality
