    Description
    Job Title: Staff Pharmacist - Full-time

    Company: Eagleville Hospital

    As a full-time non-exempt Staff Pharmacist with CPS Solutions, LLC, your role involves providing support for clinical programs and practices within the hospital. Responsibilities include filling orders accurately, checking technician-prepared products, maintaining pharmacy and controlled substances security, entering orders and patient information accurately, assisting in new staff training, updating the Director on daily pharmacy activities, and supporting the Director in pharmacy maintenance.

    Candidates must be willing to work independently at times and possess strong organizational and time management skills.

    Schedule:
    This position requires 40 hours per week, mainly between 7:30 am to 11:00 pm. Weekend and extended hours may be necessary. Shifts will alternate between 1st and 2nd shifts.

    About the Facility:
    Eagleville Hospital is a 288-bed non-profit facility offering various programs for substance use and behavioral health disorders. Located near Philadelphia, the hospital is expanding, creating new opportunities for the pharmacy managed by CPS Solutions, LLC.

    About the Pharmacy:
    The pharmacy operates Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 11:00 pm and weekends from 7:30 am to 3:00 pm.

    Required Qualifications:
    • Pharmacy degree (BS or PharmD) from an accredited school
    • Current PA pharmacist license
    • Experience in an acute care hospital or inpatient setting
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
    • Comfortable with patients dealing with mental illness
    • Strong organizational and independent work skills
