Dispatch Quota Coordinator

Overview


As a
Dispatch Quota Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the allocation and distribution of manpower resources to meet service and installation delivery targets as well as customer demands.

You will work closely with Field Operations Leaders, Contact Center, Sales, Dispatchers, Field Techs, Business Partners and other team members to ensure timely and accurate management of activation and service availability while optimizing resource utilization.

Responsibilities:


Resource Allocation:
Coordinate the assignment of available resources to fulfill activation and service orders efficiently. Ensure that resources are allocated based on priority, distance, and capacity considerations.


Quota Management:
Monitor delivery quotas and targets set by management. Develop strategies to meet or exceed quota requirements while maintaining quality and safety standards.


Route Planning:
Collaborate with dispatchers and route planners to optimize field service and activation routes.

Consider factors such as headcount, service windows, sales area, and activity trends to maximize efficiency in availability of resources and sales quota.


Communication:

Serve as a point of contact between Field Operations, Contact Center, and Sales for effectively manage activation and service availability.

Provide timely updates on quota status, route changes, and any issues that may impact service delivery schedules.


Problem Solving:
Address logístical challenges and unforeseen obstacles that may arise during the sales, installation and service process. Implement contingency plans to minimize disruptions and ensure timely resolution of issues.


Performance Monitoring:
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as quota availability, on-time rate, vehicle utilization, and fuel efficiency. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.


Team Collaboration:

Work closely with dispatchers, Contact Center, Sales, Field Operations and other stakeholders to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.

Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.


Requirements:


  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Associate degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred).
  • At least three (3) years of proven experience in dispatching, logistics coordination, or transportation management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customerfocused approach.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and route optimization tools.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements governing transportation and delivery operations.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
