    Centurion is the proud provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Indiana Department of Correction.

    Position: Hiring RNs and LPNs in Pendleton, Indiana     We are currently seeking to hire full-time Licensed Practical Nurses and Registered Nurses to join our teams in Pendleton, Indiana, at the following facilities:
    • Correctional Industrial Facility
    • Pendleton Correctional Facility
    • Pendleton Juvenile Correctional Facility
    Position Overview:
    • Both the LPN and RN are responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients.
    • Licensed Practical Nurses work under the direction of Registered Nurses, medical, and psychiatric staff to respond to a range of physical and mental health needs.
    • Registered Nurses work under the direction of the Director of Nursing and/or Nursing Supervisor and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to identify, assess, and respond to a wide range of physical, psychological, and social needs of the patient.
    Qualifications:
    • Indiana LPN/RN license or compact license
    • Current CPR
    • Corrections experience not required (new grads are welcome)
    • Ability to obtain a security clearance, including drug screen and criminal background check
    Available shifts:
    • LPN: Day and night - three 12 hours shifts per week, every other weekend, and PRN
    • RN: Day and night - three 12 hours shifts per week, every other weekend, and PRN
