Booking Health is an international online booking platform in medical tourism that ensures high-quality, affordable patient services to clinics around the world. Through extensive global and regional networks, Booking Health provides patients with a well-informed and needs-oriented selection of professional options to fully satisfy their medical needs. We are currently seeking a full-time Health Management Specialist (m/f/d) for our headquarters in Bonn, Germany.


Responsibilities:


  • Resourceoriented scheduling of all patients requiring hospital treatment via phone and email
  • Needsbased organization and coordination of diagnostics and therapies for patients
  • Individual care planning for transition and/or discharge
  • Maintenance, updating, and documentation of patient records in the system
  • Structured work according to established checklists and standardized processes

Qualifications:


  • Successfully completed commercial training, preferably in the service industry or healthcare sector
  • Several years of professional experience in a similar position, preferably in healthcare and with international clients
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office
  • Structured, responsible, and meticulous work ethic
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken, are mandatory
  • Knowledge of Russian is an advantage, but not mandatory
