- Obtain and record assessment of each patient including but not limited to the patient's chief complaint, a review of systems, the patient's past medical history and the patient's family history.
- Treat or make recommendations for follow up care.
- Coordinate referral and follow up care by one of the PCI specialists as needed.
- Performing and documenting a clinically appropriate physical examination of each patient.
- Performing and ordering clinically appropriate procedures for each patient and documenting same.
- Analyzing reports and findings of tests and clinical examinations in order to assess the medical condition of each patient, including formulating a diagnosis of the injury or illness and documenting same in conformity with applicable professional standards, third party payor requirements and PCI policies and procedures.
- Completing medical record documentation and billing entries in a timely and appropriate fashion

We are growing and expanding our services and are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Advanced Practice Provider (ARNP or PA-C) for our Primary Care clinic.
The APP will triage, treat, and assess patient primary care needs for wellness care, acute and chronic conditions.
