Personal Injury Attorney

No Remote

Responsibilities:


  • Manage personal injury cases from start to finish, including client intake, investigation, legal research, drafting pleadings, and negotiations.
  • Develop strategic legal approaches tailored to each case, leveraging deep tort law knowledge for optimal outcomes.
  • Act as primary client contact, offering support, clear communication, and expert guidance throughout litigation.
  • Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings, advocating for their rights.
  • Mentor junior attorneys and supervise team members for a collaborative work environment.
  • Build relationships with referral sources and professional networks for business growth.
  • Stay updated on legal trends and best practices through ongoing professional development.

Qualifications:


  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the state bar and 6-10 years of personal injury law experience.
  • Strong litigation skills, including courtroom experience and handling complex legal matters.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to ethics, confidentiality, and client service.
  • Proficiency in legal research, writing, and case management software.

Pay:
$125, $175,000.00 per year
