Your tasks:

Ensuring and continuously developing processes and technologies in the overall area of Lithium-Ion Cell Production
Tracking and evaluating corrective measures
Participation in the commissioning of complex automated production systems at the supplier and at the site
Analysis of existing production and assembly processes and derivation or codevelopment of suitable optimization approaches in the spirit of continuous improvement
Creation of key figures, work plans, reports and evaluations for shop floor management

Your profile:

Industrial foreman, mechanical engineering technician or comparable qualification
Experience in the field of battery technology is an advantage
Solid English skills in spoken and written form
Ideally, experience in the production of components for the automotive industry
Structured work, logical thinking and openness to new things in the spirit of continuous improvement
Resilience and commitment
Flexibility and proactive attitude as well as affinity for working with digital media
