    Description

    Ponce Law is growing and looking to hire an attorney to join our team of hardworking dedicated professionals. Ideal candidates would have some personal injury experience (Plaintiff or Defense) and should be able to demonstrate an ability to work efficiently and have empathy for clients with a strong desire to provide excellent legal services to those who need us the most.

    This position includes the opportunity to work with a team of attorneys who have devoted their lives fighting the good fight and helping people when they need it the most.

    Qualifications: Applicants must possess a J.D. and be licensed in TN. Applicants must be willing to learn, have a good work ethic and a positive attitude. Applicants also must demonstrate: (1) the ability to quickly, accurately and precisely articulate the critical issues in a case; (2) solid oral and writing skills; (3) strong research and interpersonal skills; (4) good judgment; (5) excellent communication; and (6) the ability to work in a supportive and professional manner with other attorneys, support staff and clients.

    Salary: Competitive salary offered and varies based upon experience. Other benefits include; 401k, Health Insurance, paid vacation, holidays, and profit sharing.

    This is a full-time position, but our team is very flexible with time off and remote work because we do not want our team members to miss out on family experiences or needs.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: $100, $160,000.00 per year with potential higher earnings
