    Description
    Our Company SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care Overview Our therapy team executes personalized treatment plans that achieve concrete results and surpass patients' expectations. If you're driven to enhance our clients' quality of life, we strongly encourage you to submit your application today. Availability: Monday - Thursday, 1pm-4pm Responsibilities
    • Execute Applied Behavior Analysis programs for youth with developmental disabilities at their homes or in community settings
    • Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities in either home or community environments
    • Implement treatment objectives under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
    • Offer comprehensive feedback on progress to the supervisor
    • Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, and social skills, along with other specific treatment goals
    • Monitor client progress and program data accurately
    • Comprehend and comply with Company Policy and Procedures
    • Maintain confidentiality and protect all patient-related information
    Qualifications
    • Required: Certified Behavior Technician certificate
    • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
    • Two or more years of experience working with individuals facing developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges
    • Valid Driver's License
    • Reliable transportation and insurance
    • Flexibility in client scheduling and treatment requirements
    • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
