- Implement 1:1 direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques in clinic and home
- Collect accurate ongoing data on client's programs
- Help build communication systems (AAC, PECS, ASL) with our non-verbal and emerging-verbal clients and teach communication skills
- Collaborate with the clinical team to tailor ABA treatment plans, ensuring they are personalized to meet the unique needs of each individual
- Ensure clear communication with all team members and parents/clients
- Provide behavioral support and respond to challenging behaviors when necessary
- Attend staff meetings and training sessions
- Training in MEBS (multi-element behavioral support) and PBS (positive behavioral support) systems that are person-centered and trauma informed
- Training and assistance to achieve your national RBT Certification
- Practicum hours because we value internal hiring of supervisory roles and supervisors who know the ins and outs of being a Behavior Technician
