Job Summary

A Wider Circle is searching for an individual to join the In-Kind Donations - Inventory Team as a Co-Manager, responsible for leading the team efficiently.
The Co-Manager plays a key role in ensuring daily tasks are met, maintaining professionalism, and following organizational procedures and protocols. Additionally, this position involves coordinating operations for clients, donors, volunteers, and staff.

Supervisory Responsibilities

The Inventory Co-Manager oversees a team of 8-10 members who handle donations, furniture transportation, and redistribution to clients.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain consistent communication with supervisors and co-managers;
Collaborate with the Manager on Duty (MOD) to support daily operations;
Report key performance metrics regularly;
Monitor truck fleet maintenance and inspections;
Track team performance and provide necessary training;
Supervise In-Kind Donations Coordinators and manage performance reviews;
Ensure compliance with company processes and safety protocols;
Manage donation flow and showroom stocking;
Perform daily tasks of an Inventory Coordinator.

Required Education and Experience

High School Diploma;
3 years of operations management experience;
2 years of inventory and logistics management;
Proficiency in Google Suite;

Preferred Education and Experience

Bachelor's Degree;
DOT certification and box truck driving experience.

Additional Eligibility Requirements

Legal authorization to work in the US.

Work Environment

The role is based in a warehouse setting.

Physical Demands

The role requires prolonged standing and ability to lift heavy objects.
