  • YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Leading, training, coaching, and motivating the store team
  • Planning and analyzing store performance indicators
  • Creating staff schedules and coordinating inventory measures
  • Planning and executing product orders and maintaining inventory levels
  • Managing product presentation and restocking
  • Supporting and representing the store management

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Completed vocational training, e.g. as a salesperson or retail merchant (m/f/d)
  • Previous leadership experience in retail preferred, e.g. as an Assistant Store Manager or Deputy Store Manager/Branch Manager
  • Career changers from other industries, e.g. gastronomy or hospitality, are welcome
  • Team player, reliable, and good communication skills
  • High level of commitment, flexibility, and organizational skills
  • Quick comprehension and solutionoriented work style
