We are looking for team leaders in software development (m/f/d) - product development in Berlin or Leipzig

In this position

  • you will take responsibility in one of our product development teams and lead 8-10 developers
  • you will shape a high-performing team with a sense for different people
  • you will design systems from requirement analysis to deployment in a project environment

As a team leader (m/f/d)

  • you will conceive and develop innovative solutions and planning products for public transport with your team
  • you will plan development packages and assign the right employees to the right tasks
  • you will shape the software development process, promote collaboration between teams, and contribute to the strategic direction of the development department
  • you will support your employees in developing themselves at IVU and provide clear, constructive feedback

We are looking for colleagues (m/f/d)

  • who have studied computer science, physics, mathematics, or a related field and have a good background in software engineering
  • who have gained initial experience in software engineering and team leadership
  • who are open and collegial and can juggle multiple tasks confidently, even
