We are currently looking for a Commercial Clerk (m/f/d) for our subsidiary, Immobilienservice Weimar GmbH.

In 2000, Immobilienservice Weimar GmbH was founded by Weimarer Wohnstätte GmbH. The company's goal is to provide comprehensive services "around the property". The range of services includes property management, caretaker services for rental properties and schools, including maintenance of green areas, winter services, and cleaning services. The company also offers metering services for consumption billing, its own broadband cable network to supply more than 7,000 households with radio and television reception, interior design services, minor repairs, and technical system checks in the areas of electrical engineering, heating, ventilation, sanitation, and air conditioning, as well as civil engineering work.

These are your responsibilities

Installation, commissioning, and maintenance of technical systems
Conducting repairs on technical systems
Monitoring and supervision tasks to ensure compliance with maintenance contracts and individual orders

Completed vocational training as a plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning technician, energy and building technology electrician, or equivalent
